Resort consists of 2 halves, one devoted to the caravan fraternity and the other an up market accommodation 'village'. 8 X 2 storey blocks and 2 groups of 1 bedroom villas.

great place but whatever you do don't take your dogs for a swim in the beach. they will enjoy it until a croc enjoys them

The elderly should specify a ground floor room. Also quite a distance from Darwin central - own vehicle really necessary. Distance from blocks to reception/restaurant somewhat of a aproblem in wet or heat although ample parking around reception and blocks (uncovered).

Excellent service from friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I will definitely return.

$305 for a week for two adults with power and water for a mediocre Park with acceptable facilities. Nothing special at all, but it is close to a decent beach. I think if you get average you should pay average. This is one of those - paying too much for too little - places. It is okay, it is quiet but it is just not worth the price.

Rooms spacious and generally well designed with superior equipment levels including a full size frig. The quirky and spooky auto light/fan system for the bathroom is a PITA.

Close to hospital, have been here 3 times and many more to come

Seated on the throne and considering world problems (with the help of that august journal, NT News), one is thrust into darkness after 90 seconds or so and either is resigned to that or wild gestures from the throne to restore light, plus it spontaneously comes on during the night (insects?). The KISS principle with a 2 gang switch would be nice.
